Two months following Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s State visit to the US, President Joe Biden arrived in New Delhi on Friday to participate in the G20 Leaders’ Meeting scheduled for September 9-10. On the eve of the mega summit, the two leaders held bilateral talks at PM Modi’s official residence.

PM Modi and President Biden appreciated the significant strides made in implementing the agreements reached during PM Modi’s visit to the US in June 2023. The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing the India-US Strategic Partnership, according to a joint statement issued after bilateral talks.

Prime Minister Modi and US President Biden outlined a comprehensive vision for their countries’ partnership, spanning various fields from technology and defense to healthcare and renewable energy.
