America has got its own cricket premier league. The American Premier League (APL) is set to take the cricketing world by storm, contributing to the dream of making the United States a dominant cricket country.

After the announcement of the introduction of cricket in the LA28 Olympics, America has seen a opportunity to develop the sport further, relaunching a league.

The second edition of the American Premier League will be played from December 19 to December 31, closing the year on a high. All the matches will take place at the Moosa Cricket Stadium in Texas.

As many as seven teams will feature in the tournament, which will be played in the T20 format. The event has been approved by the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the USA Cricket.

The American Premier League will run from December 19 to December 31. The official schedule of the tournament is not out yet.
