A property worth Rs 1500 crore! India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani’s gift to his longtime employee Manoj Modi

Not only does he have a big bank balance but India’s richest person Mukesh Ambani has a big heart too! Proof of this is a gift to one of his long-time employee Manoj Modi, often called Ambani’s right hand. Reliance Industries Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani recently gifted a multi-storey building to Modi worth crores.

Modi is known as the man behind success of all multi-billion-dollar deals at the country most valuable firm. As a reward, Ambani presented a 22-storey building to Modi and not just at any random location, the property stands at Nepean Sea Road, a premium locality in Mumbai. The billionaire gifted this building a few months back, according to Magicbricks.com.

Manoj Modi’s 22-storey building – Price, Location

Director of Reliance Jio and Retail Modi is a long-time employee of Reliance Industries (RIL) who was recently gifted a 22 storey building by none other than RIL boss Mukesh Ambani. The location of the new property, named ‘Vrindavan’ is a posh locality of Mumbai on Nepean Sea Road. Notably, JSW Group chairman and managing director Sajjan Jindal also lives in Maheshwari house at Nepean Sea road.

The residential properties on Nepean Sea Road generally cost between Rs 45,100 to Rs 70,600 per square foot. Modi’s new tall building is worth a whopping Rs 1,500 crore. Each of its floor is spread over 8,000 square feet and the total area of the building is 1.7 lakh square feet.

According to Magicbricks.com, the first seven floors of the building are reserved for car parking. The house designers are Talati & Partners LLP. The luxury can be gauged from the fact that some of the house furniture is sourced from Italy.

Meanwhile, Modi has sold two apartments in Mumbai. The cost of the flats was Rs 41.5 crore, the registration document showed. Both are located in Raheja Vivarea in Mahalaxmi, with one being on the 28th floor and spread over a 2,597 sq ft area, the other was on the 29th floor.
