2022 has been one of the worst years for Bollywood as it has seen some of the biggest flicks failing miserably at the box office like Lal Singh Chaddha, Shamshera and Samrat Prithviraj.
But the next year might just be different as there have been some big announcements from the Hindi filmmakers.
Here is a list of 8 Hindi films, that may bring Bollywood its lost glory:
1. Pathaan
Pathaan is one of the most anticipated films of 2023 as Shah Rukh Khan is going to return after 5 years as a ‘lead hero’ on the big screen.
The film will be a spy thriller and will be the 4th addition in Yash Raj’s Spy-verse and will release on 25 January, 2023.
2. Tiger 3
Tiger 3 will be the second sequel in Salman’s Tiger series after Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai being the previous installments.
Tiger 3 will be released on 23rd November, 2023 and will star Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in lead roles.
Tiger 3 is one of the most anticipated films of next year.
3. Yodha
Yodha will be a Sangeeth Sivan directorial and will tell the story of an officer, who has been given the responsibility of saving passengers from a hijacked plane.
This Siddharth Anand starrer film will be released on 7th July 2023.
4. Dream Girl
Ayushmann Khurrana will be back as Karam/Pooja in the sequel of 2019 hit comedy Dream Girl and will star Ananya Pandey instead of Nushrat Bharuccha who was in the first installment of the film.
Dream Girl 2 will be released on Eid next year.
5. Aashiqui 3
This superhit franchise sequel will star Kartik Aaryan in lead role and the female lead is yet to be announced.
Anurag Basu will be helming the film and the release date of Aashiqui 3 will be revealed soon.
6. Sam Bahadur
Vicky Kausal will be playing Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw in his biopic Sam Bahadur, who played a prominent role in the 1971 War of India and Pakistan.
Recently, the first look of the film was released and fans just loved it.
Sam Bahadur will be hitting the theaters on 1 December 2023.
7. Krrish 4
Our desi superhero Krrish will be returning to save the world in this sequel next year.
Krrish 4 is already on the floors but not much is known about the cast and the story.
8. Dunki
The most successful director of Bollywood Raju Hirani will be directing this comedy film starring Shah Rukh Khan.
The shooting for Dunki has almost been completed and the film will hit the big screens next year on 22 December.
