Kajol is a must have in all films of Karan Johar since he feels that his best friend is a Lucky Charm. No wonder she is performing the disco song in Karan's forthcoming project “Student of The Year" (SOTY) along with Siddarth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan.

Kajol is a must have in all films of Karan Johar since he feels that his best friend is a Lucky Charm. No wonder she is performing the disco song in Karan's forthcoming project “Student of The Year" (SOTY) along with Siddarth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan.
Having Kajol in Karan's movie is like a Tradition and Karan mentioned that he doesn't believe in breaking traditions. This is very much evident in his movies "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai", Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham" and "My Name is Khan". She also made a cameo in the song "Rock and Roll Soniye" from the movie "Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna".
Both the male actors were impressed by having Kajol at the set. Siddarth said that Kajol picked up the steps in 10-15 minutes while it took 7 days for them to learn the same.
Everyone in the set was excited about having Kajol at the shooting. The two actors just looked like one amongst the other dancers. Varun proudly mentioned that he felt the "Star Power". Kajol was there to steal the show without any doubt.
