ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik said Sunday that he had evidence related to the corruption of the Sharif brothers and would present it in the Supreme Court via the Attorney General.

Speaking with the media outside his residence, Malik added that he would soon reveal how the sons of Nawaz Sharif accumulated billions in wealth.

When you (Sharifs) threaten of a long march, let me remind you that the PPP is not wearing bangles,” Malik said.

To a question, Malik said he would soon make public the scandals of Ring road, Laptop and others.

Malik further said that Shahbaz Sharif had applied pressure on Amnesty International to declare Punjab corruption free and that he (Malik) would approach the group to launch an investigation and reverse the decision.

Interior Minister Malik said that PML-N President Nawaz Sharif was trying to conceal the fact that he had received funds from General Durrani.

On Saturday the Interior Minister had gone on the offensive against the Sharif brothers alleging that Nawaz Sharif was involved in money laundering and a commission may be formed to investigate this.
