Vice President Joe Biden inadvertently confirmed his post-White House plans on Tuesday, speaking to a guest at the mock-swearing in ceremony for senators at the Capitol.

Biden, who has not publicly announced his plans, told a guest at the ceremony that he will work on foreign policy issues at the University of Pennsylvania and continue his “Cancer Moonshot” initiative through an entity called The Biden Trust. His comments were picked up by C-SPAN’s microphone.

“The Biden Trust, to continue the cancer work,” he told the woman, saying the work is not “so much about raising money or philanthropy—though there will be some of that—but it’s more about keeping these guys cooperating and changing the culture.”

The woman then appears to ask Biden where he’ll be based. He replied that he will be “based out of Penn for foreign policy,” adding that he is “deliberately” not associating himself with any one medical center for the cancer initiative.

Biden launched his “Cancer Moonshot” program early last year after his son, Beau, died of brain cancer in 2015. It is aimed at accelerating the pace of cancer research and finding a cure in the next 10 years.
