The Special Investigation Team who is taking care of Beulah M. Sam's case have identified Anthony Thomas, a Bachelor of Computer Applications student for being in touch with Beulah on a regular basis on phone. On tracking calls of Beulah, they found Thomas on the list since 18th of September.
