LAHORE: Former President Pervez Musharraf has filed an appeal against the rejection of his nomination papers for a parliamentary constituency in Pakistan's Punjab province.

The appeal against the rejection of the papers for the constituency in Kasur was filed in an election tribunal yesterday, the last day to challenge decisions made by returning officers.
